We are looking for someone with an endless passion and drive for client retention and satisfaction. You will know the best growth practices to drive maximum value and success within our client base. You play an integral part in working with the business development manager to obtain new clients and work with our existing ones to ensure that that you are able to develop a deep understanding of their needs

Here are some requirements we are looking for:
2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CSM, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT OR SALES
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION & WRITTEN SKILLS - You can communicate your thoughts and intentions charismatically and eloquently, be it in verbal or written form.
RELENTLESS DRIVE - Deep down inside, if you know you are inherently lazy and like being idle, this job is not for you. We only want people who like to stay productive and will do anything and everything it takes to keep busy to better the company.
FACE OF THE BRAND - You should be okay being in front of the camera because you may become the face of our brands for short video clips for our Facebook ads. You don't need any acting acting experiences but you need to be truly comfortable being in front of a camera.
UNDERSTANDING OF VALUE - You understand that selling isn't just about price. You know how to value proposition to full advantage.
There are around 15 people in our office and we are a very diverse, dynamic and young crowd of go-getters. We are very flexible and results-oriented and this means that we dress casual and there is very little red tape or negative office politics. We care about results.
